Electrical renovations
Renovation electrical is the work the plasterer is about to cover. We rough-in to the plan, then come back for fit-off.
Kitchens, bathrooms and knock-throughs in Sydney housing usually need more than moving a couple of points. Induction, ovens, exhaust and under-cabinet lighting all want their own thinking at the board.
We work to the builder's or owner's plan, pressure the design before the walls close, and come back for fit-off. Isolated repairs stay isolated: we do not upsell a full rewire unless the existing cable is actually finished.
